In September 2021, Chris Purser and Libby Mijanovich formed the Chris + Libby Team, quickly becoming a dynamic and forward-thinking duo. As a mentor and mentee, their collaboration combined Libby’s experience with Chris’s drive, resulting in a client-focused team that rose to the top. By 2023, they were recognized as the top two-person team in the Land of the Sky Realtors Association and President’s Circle.. In September 2024, Lacey joined the team, bringing the same determination, expertise, and commitment to customer service that Chris and Libby were known for. Together, they now offer a comprehensive and seamless real estate experience.  I grew up near Savannah, Georgia, and always dreamed of owning a home in the mountains of Western North Carolina, where I spent many summers at my family’s vacation home. After earning a Master’s in Health Administration and working for 15 years as an Executive Director in healthcare, I returned to WNC in 2014, met my wife, and built the home I’d always envisioned.In 2021, I transitioned into real estate, leveraging my experience in active listening, negotiation, and problem-solving to make the buying and selling process as stress-free as possible. I quickly gained success, selling over $10 million in my first full year. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, a luxury seller, or an investor, I’m passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate dreams with creativity, dedication, and personalized service.

 

LACEY WOODARD:

As a native of Western North Carolina, I have a deep understanding and passion for the region’s unique charm and diverse landscapes. Born and raised in the heart of the mountains, I’m well versed in the local real estate market, from the vibrant culture of Asheville to the hidden gems in the surrounding areas. My strong connections across the state give me insight into the different communities and their distinct characters, allowing me to provide clients with a personalized approach to finding their perfect home. Beyond my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family (including our pets), cooking, gardening, and supporting my daughter in her sports endeavors.  I was born and raised in South Florida but moved to the Western North Carolina area over a decade ago after falling in love with the charm and beauty of the region. As a real estate agent with 8 years of experience, I am deeply passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. With an M.S. in Computer Science and a background as an award-winning textile artist, I bring a creative and tech-savvy approach to real estate.
